[UPDATE] At 11:55am PT on February 3, 2023 we pushed live a fix for this issue.

Hey Keepers,

Some users may be unable to load the game at the moment. The error message reads "MODEL FAILED TO DOWNLOAD". We are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

We will update this post when the issue is resolved or if we have any other updates to share!
